Hello! In this area of the site you can post about and discuss the Total War game series, which the Exilian has a long record of interest in. Discussion here is meant to be for the "vanilla" unmodded versions of the games - tactics, speculation, preferred factions, and so on are all very welcome! Discussion of mods generally is fine, but if you want to discuss a specific mod then the modding section might be a better place to start.
There are other related areas of the site you may want to visit. Particularly notable is our modding section, the Engineers' Shed (http://www.exilian.co.uk/forum/index.php?board=42.0), which includes several award winning mods hosted and developed here on the Exilian. You might also want to head over to the Great Library (http://www.exilian.co.uk/forum/index.php?board=59.0), our area for history (as well as science) discussion; this is the best place to discuss historical warfare, government, tactics etc outside the immediate game context of the Total War series.
The Rules
The usual site rules apply here, and penalties may be given for spamming, flaming, hate speech, or illegal activities. All of our moderation decisions are made on a case by case basis, taking into account the context in which things were posted, and most can be appealed via the site's tribunal.
