OK after conferring with an expert on football seeding (no1 croat fan) the draw will be decided as follows

Each participant will be given 1 team drawn from the following groups (due to numbers I will only have 2 teams)

The draw that Dripping D has drafted was taken from the seeding of the cup which was done on October 2013, on second thoughts I believe that we should take the draw from the world cup betting odds as this is more a realistic approach as a lot has changed between October and the cup itself, also the seeding was unfair on people who played less games through qualifying (which is why Brazil were seeded at 11th as they didn't have to qualify) and for teams like Italy who had already qualified and put out experimental teams in the last couple of matches and didn't play as well.
