A lot of people find that their beliefs don't match where they thought they were.

I knew i was relatively centrist. I took a Human Rights course where the teacher and other students would lambast corporations and rich people, etc. I was always the devils advocate because i disagreed and was articulately vocal about it. I only had to tell one kid he was dumb.

Edit: Yeah i though about being an Omnian, but i hate talking to people about leaflets and educational writings.

I have to say I'm pretty (on this test, very) left wing. On the other hand I often manage not to come over that far left as I'm generally pretty pragmatic about how a leftwing agenda should be achieved.

And I tend to come across as less than that when you talk to me, as I moderate my ideas to something if not reasonably achievable, at least something theoretically possible in my lifetime.

I actually am less extreme than I come out; mostly because I'm a pragmatist to the extent at which the ideal is in fact never the desired option as it's unworkable and thus problematic for the people it's meant to benefit.
