OK, this is the list of all the things I just did.
* I added italicised English for everyone's job titles under their official title name
* I removed the weird blobby squares that nobody knew what they were
* I renamed all the postcount groups to " " and removed their weird blobby squares too so those don't show up either.
Do people think this is OK/looks better/looks worse?

I've given all the citizen variants, including the honorary ranks, "voting member" as the description, which I think is reasonable.
