My laptop's good, but it's not large scale WHTW on full graphics settings with FRAPS running good.
And we need a new opening video for the game.
Soooo... does anyone have a fast gaming rig and a good way of taking footage who'd be prepared to take some fun shots of battles etc? I can edit the footage, I just need the basic shots. Probably fighting the battle then filming the replay is good because then we don't get all the interface gubbins showing.

Basic PC specs:
i5-2300 CPU 2.8GHz
NVidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti
6.0GB RAM
1920x1080 native res on the monitor
Is there a way to get a 1v1 match online? It'd be easier to make more cinematic videos with a human player instead of AI.

I have an extreme rig, just not sure about taking the footage. :-\

I dont have an extreme rig but i can run large scale battles full graficks no problem......I will try to find some good program (like fraps) and start filming....any good shots i will send it to you
-
Does it mean those who got a good PC will have the game before the official launch? I'm jalous :p (And my PC sucks ^^)

I thought you had a massive video camera? Just point it at the screen? :P
Thanks, sgr, do you have my email address?
Rob: that's a good shout too, I'll discuss it with you soon.

No but I think there is one on your profile in the forum......I have already some footage sadly with no audio but i think that shouldnt be that a great issue since there would be a background music right?

had
That's the key word there. :P
I have Fraps on my machine, just didn't have luck with it before. But I didn't mess with it an awful lot...

I found another software so i know can record high quality with sound.....the only problem is that a 1minute of video time is about 500 megabytes....Do you know any way or program to compress them?
edit: I found program so I am okay (for now) Jubal Pm me your email so I can start sending you footage
edit2: The %^*^&& progrma leaves a watermark....so I still need help
-
You can compress them by rendering them to a different video format in some editing software.

As it seems I will have to make do with the windows film maker.....it does it job but the quality drops a lot.....but I think that reendering aga in a higher resolution puts it back together...at leats it worked when I tried

Pm'd you, slayer.
