You shouldn't need it anyway you bumbling Boris botherers, man up and do stuff. Or woman up and do stuff or whatever. Just do stuff.

Well the alien is clearly more than just excess adipose tissue (as far as the alien's concerned at least) otherwise it wouldn't have eyes or any particular form. And wouldn't be a living thing. So no one is disregarding the alien.
On a more important note;

Is this about going to the gym or just about getting motivation to go out and do things?

Both? Generally motivation to do some sort of training of a physical nature, but doing other good things is good too.
Edit:
Also including motivation to stick to any dietary modifications aimed at optimising results of said training or otherwise undertaken for potential health benefits.

For your health yes, but I doubt you have any adipose to dispose of.

I'm not wholly devoid of the stuff - but yes, it's more of a problem that I regularly forget meals etc.

Meh thats probably not bad for you, could actually be healthy. But eating healthy things is a good idea.
