Mostly for my use, but this is how factions and culture will map through.
BARBARIAN (Barbarian/Northern)
Germans -> Marauders
Dacia -> Harfang
Spain -> Dwarfs
GREEK (Narnian)
Thrace -> Narnia
Macedon -> Archenland
Seleucids -> Kingdom of Terebinthia
Greek Cities -> Lone Islanders
CARTHAGINIAN (Calormene)
Carthage -> Calormen
Numidia -> Munesh
EASTERN (Southern)
Armenia -> Surval
Pontus -> Erina
ROMAN (Telmarine)
Scipii -> Telmarine Narnians
Julii -> Old Telmar
Brutii -> Kingdom of Koraly

Are there even so many factions on Narnia? I only got to the middle of the third book :P

No, there aren't.
Calormen, Narnia, Telmarine Narnians, Archenland, the tiny island of Terebinthia, and Harfang are all canonical political entities, the "first rung".
Old Telmar is my imagining the homeland the Telmarines from "Prince Caspian" are said to have emigrated from. The Lone Islands are a Narnian governed province and later dukedom, but the Governors seem to have a lot of independence and at the time of Prince Caspian (which is when the mod is set) are essentially able to ignore Narnia itself as they see fit. The Marauders are the (clearly still existent) servants of the Witch, but in faction form. These form more of a "second rung" of semi-canon factions.
The final factions (Surval, Erina, Munesh, Koraly, and the Dwarfs) are my own invention. The Dwarfs are a faction showing the truculent independence and atheism of those in The Last Battle (Lewis would have hated the poor lil' buggers, I love them to bits). Koraly is another group of Telmarines, who headed south around the coast of an inland sea I invented instead of east into Narnia. Munesh, Erina and Surval are my imaginings of some of the factions mentioned in The Horse and His Boy, which must have existed due to the famous battles the Calormenes keep talking about.

Very creative. :)

I think it's sensible to add in extra factions. The existence of other kingdoms is often implied by the books, and it adds a bit of spice to have them around.
