Does a healthy mind actually equal a healthy body? We're mostly pretty smart here, but who actually does exercise regularly (not necessarily gym, mind; just anything that genuinely helps with fitness).
I played cricket for past 6 years and football for 8 years but have now given up footy and my body isn't so "healthy" atm either. Although I am atm regularly excercising on my cross trainer and running the odd time to help get rid of the cake... i mean fat i have put on
my old job involved a lot of lifting and moving heavy boxes, now that i dont do that any more i just lift weights now and then to maintain my build B)
i am fairly athletic these days, lot more than in high school, but there isnt any sporting activities i can be a part of now that im an old man :P
edit: which brings up an idea; post your height and weight
i am 6 foot 1
I've stopped my Tae-kwon-do lessons a few years ago... I've started visiting kayak club last year, but I wasn't very active this year...
I've taken up Judo lately, which is good fun. Generally I'm allergic to sport, hate football with a passion (rugby was OK though). I'm pretty damn short and quite light too, about 5 foot six.
Well then I'm only slightly taller than you, but I'm not really light...
does having run up and down three flights of stairs whenever you heed the call of nature count?
as long as you are doing it 2 steps at a time ;)
Just started whit MMA, soon i

maybe i mean 3 steps at a time, in other words skipping a step :P
I was planning on starting to go to the gym recently, but have only been once in about 3 weeks... Regular enough?
I walk up my hill (to go home)... eventually
And sometimes I play basketball
I was going to go to the gym today, but walking up a hill after looking at accommodation for next year nearly killed me so I decided against it. I wasn't out of breath or anything on the way up the hill, then at the top apparently forgot the whole breathing idea...
I really need to get fitter.
ditto?
We might loose a few calories by spamming (at least burn the fat between by fingers :-/ )
I have done all crazy stuff in my life.
Football (soccer), Horse-Riding, Sailing, Fencing
Football = 1 year
Horse Riding = 1 and 1/2 years
Sailing = 1 year
Fencing = 2 years
I also run around the place a lot and use bicycle instead of motorbike or the public transport.
So Dimos is fit! hehehhehe
The university I'm in has also some sports which I may join this or the following year. That's all folks!
PS: Also playing some guitar is a sport for me since it gives much energy and heavy desibels! :P
I will destroy you all at table tennis. Except Croat Fan who always seems to beat me.
I used to go for running every alternative day. And on weekends long distance cycling. Have to resume both.
I've done ITF Taekwon-do for 12 years now, currently a 3rd degree black belt. Trained with the WTF university club for 3 years as well. I did try out fencing, but couldn't get my head around not being able to move to the sides without going off piste!
