Narnia and WHTW both really need polishing and releasing. This thread is YOUR chance to help and/or kick me into doing it! I'm soon going to put up a list of remaining stuff that needs doing prior to release, and then anyone who wants to help out can and they and anyone else can badger me to get the other stuff done. Onward!
WHTW:
- Handgunners need model fix to work with the current anim (I think it's somewhere at the deep end of SOTK's To Do list)
- Other model fixes to ensure every faction has a general
- I want to try and get better looking map pieces at least for the armies of all factions
- Make sure all current skins and general models are working ingame
- Getting faction icons done at all sizes (can't really do this, help would be appreciated here)
- Faction descriptions for campaign need doing.
- Similarly, the campaign needs victory conditions.
- And maybe victory text?
- And there's a bunch of minor text lines for attack/defence/ambushes too
- Having a static as well as moving background for the game menus (in windowed mode, you only get the static background not the cool blue WHTW video background).
NARNIA:
- Get the rest of Comrade_General's skins in
- Write descriptions for those units, too
- Get all the factions with map pieces that look reasonable
- Ensure all current buildings are working fully, maybe add a few more
- Faction descriptions for campaign need doing.
- Proper faction banners and/or symbols for the factions would be really nice (Now on CG's To Do list)

What do you mean by "map pieces"?
The little strat map men who walk around with the flags and jazz like that. :P

Done all the WHTW map banner piece thingies! Not done spies, diplomats, etc, but the armies all look right at least. :)
You should go something more original and in line with the rest of the theme for those guys. Just a thought.
Done the handgunners, they seem to work OK now. I assume you want the dwarf doing too?

I should be :) . Depends how big these smallish things are.
- Spear to sword swap for the Elf spearman so we can turn him into a high elf/wood elf/dark elf general
- A version of the HE archer with the sword as primary and no bow who will be all the lesser generals for the elves.
- A version of the lizard/rat model with some kind of hammer/axe and shield to be the lizardman and skaven generals.
Those would neaten things up a lot if you could do them.
Also, I have a hobgoblin archer model with the bow in the wrong hand, and I seem to remember that the elf knights, the reiksguard, and the knights panther all have their shields rotated inwards weirdly.
Would those be do-able if I send you the stuff?

Most of the WHTW stuff crossed off now. I've decided to leave the campaign on freeplay (aka no win conditions), I think sandbox gaming is more fun in this sort of setting. Any objections to that?
A few new units into Narnia TW; siege weapons for the Telmarines and Terebinthians, scorpion cart for Terebinthia, sharpshooters for Terebinthia, and vassal spearmen for Archenland.
Very, very nearly there with WHTW: SOTK's work and a couple of banners from CG are really the last bits of the jigsaw now. :)
Which ones do you still need? I think I've completed everything from your e-mail.

Narnia's dwarf alchemists, Surval head hurlers, Dwarf Axe Guards are in, that finishes unit rosters. Just some graphics from CG and a few bits on captains/map icons to go!

I'll get one done tomorrow night - they just lob the bags, then the bags blow up with the fireball impact thingy upon hitting the enemy/ground.
