The man shouting is nothing if not the stereotypical ringmaster, from his crimson coat, to his silver toped cane and finally his astute top hat.

The circus is in town, that town being Blackwood just one of the many stops on the Rackerstain Circus's tour of Great Britain. You are at the circus either as a visitor caught up in the excitement sweeping the town on what would normally be a very quiet night; or perhaps as one of the strange denizens of the tents.

Later in the night however disaster strikes during Mugo the Mind Master's performance. From the crowd a woman screams and points. The crowd's eyes turn skyward as a body tumbles from the trapeze high above and with a sickening crunch hits the ground.

Chaos ensues but the crowd is eventually brought under by the mayor's assistant. Shortly afterward he declares he shall investigate the body. As soon as he sees the face however he recoils in horror, the body is the mayor's. The mayor who just moments before the incident was sitting beside his faithful assistant, impossible simply impossible.

Blinded by rage the assistant declares a witch hunt and those vaguely related to the murder, town officials and the entire circus company are all confined to the circus grounds as it takes place. The assistant is not himself and decrees that each day there shall be a vote to see who should be hanged and with their death the truth revealed.

So it's up to you the good folks to out murder the murders, good luck and God speed.

Yes, because I use it to put pressure on people to talk - I'm not necessarily saying I think he's mafia at this stage, but we need to hear from him and he's been quiet thus far.

We are town. Our only weapon is the lynch and voting. If we just sit around, we can let mafia dominate the game and push the discussions in whatever directions they want to. We need to be systematic and make sure everyone is talking and nobody is lying low, because I don't want to let that happen.

I have this to say for myself: All conversation yesterday was either awkward pleasantries or random accusations, so I could think of no reason to get myself tarred with the same brush as either Jubal or Phoenix, i.e. a murderous maniac.

What I say in response is this: Jubal seems to be the most vocal about lynching, trying to say it is a tactical decision, but it could just as easily be the ravings of a mafia scum  thirsty for twice the blood or a shift of the blame.

For the moment, no vote.

Well, I am not sure what you are doing... maybe you are deceived by those who started the bandwagon. If Phoenix is innocent, CG and Dripping D are my top suspects.

I will not participate in the vote for now, I hope the votes will be enough for a lynch though because if he's scum we have achieved a major strike against the town's enemies, if he's good, we are almost sure that those who manipulated the public against him are those who started the bandwagon...

Hm. Well, on the plus we're minus a scum, on the minus we've lost two power roles. Damnit!

I guess suspicion should probably fall primarily on those who weren't in the lynch party yesterday (LadyHawk and Dimos), or on those who were in the middle of the bandwagon (by the logic that mafia won't want to start a bandwagon against their own and won't want to be the lynching vote either in case they can save their friend somehow, but might sneak into a wagon to avoid suspicion).

A key question is whether Dimos's "I won't join the bandwagon" post was him trying to avoid being the person who lynched a mafia friend and cast suspicion on CG (who we now know to be innocent) by saying "maybe you are deceived by those who started the bandwagon." I think that makes Dimos top of the suspect list for now; LadyHawk coming second as the other non-lyncher.

Vote Dimos for now, though that may change if someone can put a better argument for LH forward.

O.o Should I vote for Dimos too or someone else or just make a random decision. I don't know. :( If I vote for Dimos maybe someone will think me and Jubal are evil and if I vote for someone else than maybe they would think me and Dimos are evil... or maybe I'm just over thinking this just a bit too much.

I like Jubal's reasoning, which seams logic enough. But that does not make his argument true. Logical arguments can be false you know. I am in the middle of nowhere, knowing nothing. That's why I didn't vote for PG09. I hope some people can also make reasonable arguments and thus we will make a decision for the good of our circus.   

I'm not going to vote this round, everyones confusing me.

If the non lyncing was yesterday it was because my computer had been stolen and because I was rather distraught. I will try and be more active but I will be on my phone so no promises. :(

Dripping D and Jubal: The most suspicious dudes of the game for me at the momment are The Khan and Othko. The Khan seamed to want to stay out of lynches, so he won't be discovered, and he denied even reasoning his choise to vote for me. Othko at first tried to protect Phoenixguard and then he joined the bandwagon possibly out of fear he will be discovered if he denied doing so.

On the other hand it's been a while since we've heard of Ladyhawk... She might try to let us fight each other and kill us at night... What do you guys think? Maybe you are also scum, but for now my evidence makes me think elsewise. I propose we'll have a kill of a scum today, for tomorrow it might be too late!  :o

Just to clarify, I did not 'defend' Phoenix, I actually asked for someone to give reasoning for choosing to lynch him.

XD LOL!!! SORRY!!! I killed at day because it's one of my abilities as a knife thrower. To kill one person at day. And I can only do it once in the whole game. I thought Dimos was coming up with too many ideas for his innocence so... sorry. Kill me if you like because I feel guilty now. But when it comes down to you killing me, as I said before, you will be disapointed and you'll see that my mistake really got two good people killed. Me and Dimos. I really don't care if I die though. I did suicide in the other one for proof. Actually, that's a fair point. We have some proof of who Khan is now, if he is telling the truth. Surely to vote for someone who we can pretty much say is town is a wasted lynch. That said, he has just killed someone who is town so...  :-\

It was a terrible mistake and I'm sorry. But if you do Lynch me than it only brings you one step closer to the death of our comrades. There are 5 people left. and only one out of the 4 dead were scum. Don't make that number 5.

Being fair, though, we had lynched Khan (by number of votes) on the second last day, if NA hadn't lost track of the votes and the days had been equal length there I could probably have won. (And I would've gotten away with it too, if it hadn't been for...) :P
