Dark Souls - Prepare to die edition was just released on steam, and i got it.

The game is so damn good :P. any of you guys have it?

I played it once.

It's interesting. A bit too frustrating for me though.

I've heard great things, and it was 80% off so I thought I'd give it a bash. Currently downloading.

Edit:
Well my laptop is very much struggling to run this, it won't play online (wtf is up with having to be online to save?) and its not really worth playing offline either since its so slow.

Dark Souls is about dying. And dying. And dying again. It's a third person hack-and-slash which is God damn hard! Never tried it. My laptop wouldn't handle it anyways.

I rarely enjoy hack and slash games a great deal - with Mount & Blade I guess being the really glaring exception.

It's more like get hacked and slashed :P , takes quite a while to progress. I think it has about 60-65 hours of gameplay when you know what you're doing.

Also i'd recommend using a controller, the PC port sucks eggs.
