Judoon are funny and could be pretty badass in a non-PG13 version of Dr Who. The Flood. Damn that thing was dangerous. Like a more effective T-Virus.

The Judoon are hilarious, I will admit.

I still want the exxilons to come back :( Not that it's likely since they were last seen in the Pertwee era.
