Title: Best/Defining Scenes (for each Doctor)

OK, 13 Doctors so far - which scene/moment, for you, best defines each of them? Is there a tendency for it to be big monologues or regeneration scenes?

Never seen classic who, so I'll just go for the last 4:
9   - My favourite scene has to be "Everybody Lives", but I think his character is better shown elsewhere, maybe in Dalek?
10 - Probably his speech before descending into the pit in that episode with the Devil.
11 - Speech at the end of his debut episode.
12 - Zygon Inversion speech (so far)
