I'm working on new mount. It's a camel (polycount is around 5000 triangles)... Right now I'm having some problems with UV mapping and rigging it ...

You need a collision mesh, which is pretty similar to your actual one except that staircases are generally smoothed, etc, to make it possible for the AI to use it.

Crashes when I load the game. I'm loading the BRF with it in fine, but when I try and put it into a scene prop entry things start messing up.

Could yo try making a lower-poly version? You could probably get away with less polys round the sides and back at least... I doubt it is that, but it's not wholly impossible.
I could but then I would need to texture the whole ship again .... And that part was really pain in the ass (it took me at least 9 hours to finish the texture)

2384 is a quite low poly count for a scene prop ... I've seen helmets with nearly the same polycount

I have a few more tasks, should you choose to accept them...
I need a little medieval fishing boat, a sort of 5-10 man ocean fishing ship for weak NPC parties to get their ass whooped in. Preferably have the sides/decks a similar height to James' longboat (it's in the SR files) so I can use the same gangplank calculations.
I also (more importantly) need a piece of ship armour made. Think a wood-with-iron-bands pavise/panel slightly less high than a man (maybe juust small enough to shoot a crossbow over) but not too long; roughly square, so each panel can be destroyed separately.
