This the the first beta release of Valar Morghulis available exclusively on Exilian!
- Play as any of the 16 factions of Westeros and Essos
- The campaign map covers everything from north of the Wall to Dorne and from Oldtown to Meereen
- Unit cards included for all of the hundreds of new recruitable units
- Immerse yourself with Ramin Djawadi's original GoT soundtrack
- Battle it out with a tweaked warfare system that produces longer fights
- Feel the intensity of sieges with a new siege system that makes it more realistic (and difficult) when using rams and towers
- Watch, and join, the chaos of Westeros after the death of King Robert

Installation instructions:
Spoiler
Step 1
To install the mod, you first need to unzip the file and place the "got" folder directly inside your Rome - Total War folder.
Step 2
------------------------------------
- Make a copy of your Rome - Total War shortcut
- Right-click on it
- Select "Properties"
- At the end of the box that says "path" or "target", type -mod:got -nm
- This should go after the quotes in that box with a space, like so:
...\RomeTW.exe" -mod:got -nm
You should now be able to double-click the shortcut and run the game.
For Steam Users
------------------------------------
Complete Step 1 as above, putting "got" in the relevant Steam folder:
Windows XP it should usually be
C:Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Rome Total War Gold
Windows 7 it should usually be
C:/Program Files(x86 or x64)/Steam/steamapps/common/Rome Total War Gold
Then to play the mod from the Steam Library:
Right click on RTW in the steam library.
Click 'Properties'
Click 'Set Launch Options...'
type into the box -mod:got -nm
And then run RTW. To run regular RTW again delete the '-mod:got -nm' command again.
Congratulations! I think this is the first new mod released since I joined Exilian (apologies if that's just my erratic memory) - it's great to see this happening.
