I wouldn't be surprised if you get asked to take it down. Although I wouldn't be surprised if you don't either. Grats on top 30 anyhow bud ;)
I suspect if they were going to they'd have done it by now - it's so old it's not in competition with them, and the small flurry of bad press they might get for taking action (not to mention the cost of getting someone to draft a cease & desist) probably isn't worth their while.
