So, C&M day, festival of reading/literacy/languages/etc.
Thoughts on what we should do? Last year we did a little charity crowdfunder, and I'd happily run one of those again this year if people think that would be a good idea. We've got the custom banner for it, too, and video/explanation content can mostly be rolled over from last year.
Any other thoughts & ideas on what we should do as a community this year?

The crowdfunder seems like a good idea - it was book donations or something else literacy-related, wasn't it? I don't have any other ideas.
GMD: Well yes, that goes without saying for any celebration :P
Glaurung: Yes, for Room To Read, which works on literacy in developing countries. It's a pity we can't make something more creative happen, but I suspect we're too short on time and manpower (as usual).
I'm happy to go for Room To Read again - it saves having to think of something else when I'm already having to think of quite a lot of stuff. Doing it via JustGiving is good too, since UK taxpayers can GiftAid their donations (so the charity can reclaim the tax paid on them), and I presume American and other taxpayers can make tax-exempt donations under their own tax laws.
When is it?
Glau: Agreed!
Pent: Feb 14 :)
For those interested, here's the thread for last year's C&M day (http://exilian.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=4318.0).
Thanks for digging that out :)
