Lets start getting stuff done

Modellers - we need osp packs of models. A pack for Axes, Swords Bows etc. (only weapons.  keep working on scene props) We also need DRAGON MODELS

when we have the packs we need to start assigning the them the the troops. (finally)

Coders - We need all scripts done in a few months. Send all ready scripts to me, who'll check them, and Darwin, who'll integrate 'em. Spiritwind has no rush, as he has a lot of quests to make. All quests will be added last-moment, because they need everything else ready in order to work.

Researchers - This is the moment for you to shine! Give as much ideas as you can, so that we can achieve perfect accuracy.

And can we get a list of spells please.

Yeah, tough isn't it? Its either that, or we have to postpone the release by 2 weeks, during which I'll be at Moscow. Perhaps we can release a beta beforehand.

Can we please get the weapons together and into the game.  I would like to start with the basics and get a closed beta for us (only including map and troops for now) and then work off that, instead of speculating

You can get into Farthen Dur I might add, although the other caves I made didn't work and are thus closed off. Please report mapping bugs to me and I'll be happy to fix them.

I can't move my camera past lake isenstar, (the one to the west of the Desert and just south of Du Weldenvarden) was this intentional, because I could figure out a small backstory to move the action.  i was thinking of writing a backstory anyway.

You need to go into ME and push the red boxes back across the rest of the map in party mode. The area useable is in module.ini not map.txt so it hasn't been moved.

All the cities are in the same position as native and have the same names as native. Do you need a parties text.

Find where it is on the "real" map, then go there ingame. There's a mountain with a big crater inside and a tunnel into it. That's Farthen Dur. Eventually there should be a city placed in the middle, Tronjheim.

if you are an elf you should be able to choose fur or scales using skin button on the face costomisation menu thing and animal or dragon-like ears as well as horns.
because elves can change themselves using a spell/spells.
{in brisingr wasnt there an elf spellcaster with fur and in eldest at the  :ermm:  i forgot what its called celebration the dragon-like elf.

For dragons you should be able to have them as a troop and mount so script it to trample enemies when ur not riding it also make enemies t to attack the dragons i dont know how to script o i dont know if this is possible :)

btw, didnt anybody say i should implement artillery but i was too lazy till now?

oh, and chisi doesnt seem to be able to work on TIC (or any other mod) because his PC is broken (i think the thing with the family trouble :unsure: ), i hoe at any time in the future he'll be able to come back

Yeah, well, I posted a long post on this in the TW thread, but as everyone don't visit it actively, I'll also post it here:

And about the Battleship Galactica-flying kit (used in Festung, Star Wars Conquest and a few others), its already been discussed over at the forge, and most voted against it. One wonders, if after seeing that video, the tables have turned. I myself think it would be an excellent way to do air battles. We'd have to combine the normal fight scene with the air scene, but that shouldn't be too tricky. Also, crashing should be replaced with a landing animation, but I'm sure Sibylla (who's become quite a good animator) can handle that. What interests me is sieges, should the player be allowed to fly in a siege-scene. Imagine gliding above a city, and blasting a bolt of fire at the defenders standing at the battlements. I think that'll add a bit of balance to the difficulty of this mod (I've noticed that many of our additions make this game quite tricky).

Darwin, maybe its time for a new poll about this (on the TW thread AND here).
