I've been thinking about this.

Are we gonna leave urgals as just random bandits? I think it would be cool to have 2-3 small urgal tribes which are like full-scale factions, but (unlike the other nations) with randomised war and peace so they can randomly attack and ally with nations at they choose.

With how many lords per tribe though? 2-3? or more?

You could make it so urgal chieftains can be overthrown so other urgals could challenge them for leadership so every time you turn your back it'll seem there's a different leader

This is my fault, I forgot to tell people about urgals:

Most urgals are going to be bandits and looters, but there is some exceptions. Nar Garzhvog (or something like that) is going to be a lord for the Surdans, and his army is (hopefully) going to consist of Urgals. Also, I'm hoping to make a quest that tells us more about the Urgal culture.
To equal things up, there is going to be one group of imperial Urgals. You are going to fight these fellas for brightsteel (to make a rider's sword from) in the awesome quest made by Spiritwind.

uuhh, one army in a faction with other troops is difficult (if possible at all :| )

Its extremely easy Darwin. All you have to do, is have the units and parties.py. You just write his party template like any party template, and Presto!

No, no you don't. For Lords parties it is a LOT more complex, and I can't see a way to do it easily.

That's weird, because I did unique Lord armies (consisting of only archers) to ranger-lords through module_parties.py...

huh??? millenium2???

anyway, lords use the kingdom_reinforcements for recruiting. so you cant make a lord get other troops than the others of the faction (at least i cant imagine a way)

You can always get em to reset your password. I'm sure Jubal would just change it to whatever you want, that way you don't have to go through all the official channels. Oh, and don't worry about him having your password. As admin, he can do unimaginable things. ;)

I am an admin of a forum I run. Its mostly inactive now, as my xboxlive clan kinda slumped in activity, and I lost interest.

with the lord party thing if  Nar Garzhvogs urgals died how would he get more??
