Hi! I found this forum through a comment in a Facebook group, on a post lamenting AI's creep into everything. I'm an anti-AI artist and graphic designer; I mostly make digital illustrations and covers for fantasy books. I'm also interested in making art for TTRPGs.

Hello and welcome, always good to see a new face! :) And new artists especially welcome, there's some lovely stuff on your portfolio.
If you'd like to post a thread about your work, the Artisans' Guilds (https://exilian.co.uk/forum/index.php?board=61.0) are the area that covers visual arts and craft work. TTRPG design also has its own area, the Senet House (https://exilian.co.uk/forum/index.php?board=180.0).
And yeah, I agree the general waves of slop everywhere else are very tiring at this point. We very much try and take a harm-reduction approach to AI stuff here: we don't promote projects that use generative content and we try to be active in discouraging its use. Though for the most part we've never had people trying to post much generative content here anyway.
Your work looks really cool. I have gained a new appreciation for art of all kinds after seeing the mindless garbage that AI churns out.

Great :) Another thing to mention - we do newsletters, usually quarterly, and we basically write that up based on what people have been posting, so besides people seeing things on the forum itself, we promote members' stuff that way as well and then the newsletters go out via our email and social media and stuff (usually kinda limiting it such that each thread/specific thing isn't in more than a couple of newsletters per year). (And if for any reason you want certain things to
not be in a newsletter, just say of course, but we operate on a "we'd like to tell people about members' cool projects unless we're asked not to" basis for the most part!)
