I just stumbled upon a very interesting game. Its a life lesson of such and is very well made IMO.
But there is one thing that bugs me, I just cannot figure out what she is a metaphor for. I think she is Heroin, and Ill explain why after everyone else has posted their thoughts :)

Yeah, its given from the start being that she was stuck on his left arm. Most common injection arm ^^
They should make people in rehab play this game.
