OK, here's what I need help with;
- Graphics. Most urgent one for now, we need new loading screens and a new main title.
- Modelling. I can do it without a modeller, but it'd be awesome as hell with one.
- Skinning. The more skinners we have, the faster we mod. Simples.
- Map. If someone else could do the regions, we get a campaign wayyy faster. I can tell you where I want them, so there's no research needed for this.
- Text. New names and other such text file tweaks.
Most of this is of course stuff I'll do myself given time, but the more we have working the faster we go.

The Dwarfs? Yeah, though I then changed the colour scheme to silver and navy instead of silver and black. :P

I'd not mind dipping a toe back into the world of modding. I could probably offer my time for some simple skinning, though bear in mind I don't have 3DS Max or anything to look at the UV map, so I'd need a base to work on.
And if at some point you want someone to write long rambly unit descriptions or other text, I'm your man. ;)

Also, character names would be a useful thing you could sort as well perhaps?

Well, I couldn't start until Monday since I'm going to be busy running a camp this weekend, but you can send me a job list whenever you feel like it.
By sorting character names, you mean like flipping through the books and writing down every name? Making up some suitably Narnian names, collating Spanish names, etc? Yeah, could do.
I need to discover what's become of our copies of the chronicles, though. Can't seem to find 'em...
