Hi this will be where new stuff, polls and competitions regarding the development of the mod will appear.  I have nothing at the moment, just setting up my sub-forum.

I have excellent news everyone.  

Leandrojas has kindly accepted my proposal and has agreed to make us a map.  :D   WOOT!!!  

Supposedly one of the things that sets good mods apart from bad ones is a new map.  It means we're on the way.  

My plan is to release a new version soon.  It will have both the Szabzla Union and Garwall States available in SP and MP, in addition to all of the current factions, the Himanchian Dynasties and Quetzl Tribes will hopefully be in MP but we'll have to see how that goes.  I want to add a Nest of Bees for the Himanchians.  I'm thinking having something like 12 rocket propelled arrows as one big "bolt" while having the tube as a big "crossbow".  It would require AoE scripting to make sure that the 12 arrows flying out do damage to multiple targets, some sort of particle "binding" so that the arrows sprout sparks and smoke.  It won't be much though because my computer ahs hassles with particle effects so it'll just be a little bit of smoke and sparks.  It would also require a new reloading animation, but if I can find a way to do all that, I feel that it would be awesome.  :D

As an aside, anyone got any ideas on how to make an atlatl work in M&B?

Right work has officially started on pretty much everything.  Hopefully this next release will be everything the first was not.

I have a new faction to announce as well.  The Basileia Euriae.  They will be loosely based upon the Byzantine Empire in the 12th century.  Roughly.  They are completely thanks to Negro of Serbia, over on TaleWorlds forums.  I hope he shows up over here.  

That's all for now, I have work to do and then a sparring match to win.  Or at least get battered by.

Even if I don't own warband, I'll be really glad if our good fellow phoenixguard09 will publish his nice-looking module!

This was inspired mainly by Southern Realms and Eagle and the Radiant Cross.  Both are all about expanding the world in which you can play, and that's where I took Extended Factions.  Both also have a great backstory which would be incredible if Jubal could write his up. *HINT* :P

What's more, I sort of accidentaly stole one of Jubal's faction names.  The Vorroks are his of course, but the name fit so well and I wasn't originally going to release this, it was just for private use.  Of course by now, the name has stuck, but Jubal said it was ok, so I'm quite happy. :D

Well, it's been cleared and it now leads to the highlands for the Vorrok Tribes and perhaps the Halrond Confederation as well! There's also a waterfall I added for the lulx  

I'll leave the task of town implementing to you, as I don't know the names of the towns and where I should put them.

PG did end up finishing this. The multiplayer anyway. I'm pretty sure he tried to do the villages and towns and stuff for the single player a few times, but he kept losing it.

The multiplayer is finished though.

And its really good! :)
