Title: Vote: Calisthenis' Citizen Admission Bill PASSED 11-2-1

The following bill is commended to the plaza by Calisthenis of Green Day:

I propose that, instead of a thread where a citizen proposes someone for citizenship, we have a forum for cittzen admission.

The Proposal Process
-- If a citizen would like to propose another member for citizenship, he/she must create a thread in the citizen admission forum. The title must be the name of the member proposed.
-- In the OP, there must be a paragraph from the proposed explaining why they should become a citizen. There must also be a paragraph from the proposer explaining why the member should be a citizen.
-- The Plaza will vote on the proposed admission to citizenship for a week.
-- A simple majority is needed for the proposed to become a citizen.

After the vote
-- After the vote, the thread will be archived in the Completed Citizen Votes sub-forum of the Completed Votes. (Which shall be created by this Bill)
-- The thread name will be changed like so:
[PASSED/FAILED]Membername (yes-no-abstain)
-- Depending on whether the applicant passes or fails, the Sebastokrator (or another Admin) will PM the member telling him/her of his/hers citizenship.

Yes, definately. Positive laws bound everybody and enerybody has to comply with them.

This will divide the discusion in more places , but on the other hand it may be too complicated for the members to fin out...

Still I support this motion. Heads up, mates!  :D

PS: A bit off-topic but don't you think that leaving the vote of the rank names open so much is against the constitution? I wish more people would vote there, but since that seams impossible at the momment, I think we have to close it and put on the 2nd round names such as helot - agrotes that have the same amound for yes and no votes...

Dimos: I'm counting it as closed now I've posted the results, just haven't got round to closing it yet. In my defence all the jobs I'm doing round the plaza are actually functions of the Seb, but he seems to be absent.
