First Official Exilian Mafia Game -- COMPLETED
The game will be using a modified F11 setup with 6 or 7 players depending if i can convince Marcus to join.

Bold means the player is dead
Italic means the player has confirmed
Procedures/Rules - Shamelessly ripped from Marcus ;)
If you break one of these rules, you will be either warned, replaced, or modkilled, depending on which rule it is and the severity.- The game will follow the usual day-night sequence of all Mafia games, with lynchings taking place during the day.
- Any player that doesn't vote for three days in a row will be removed from the game.
- Dead players do not speak. Giving away any information after death will not be tolerated.
- Roles and numbers of each side will not be revealed.
- No post editing.
- Be bold with voting. A vote that isn't in bold won't be counted.
- Lynches require a majority of votes. Once a player has reached the majority, his/her pleas are useless and any attempts to unvote will be ignored. You may also vote for no lynch.
- Again, NO EDITING YOUR POSTS. Edit and die. No second chances.
- Do not post often during the night. A little small talk is allowed to keep the thread bumped, but keep night posting to a minimum. Do not reveal any important game information.
- No communication with other players outside this thread unless I say it is permitted.
- Once your death scene has been posted, stop posting. You can make a farewell post or two, but no discussion of the game.
- Do not quote anything I say outside of the thread. This includes your role emails when you are claiming. Paraphrase please.
- This game will begin at day. There will be no actions on night 0. Game will start on Day 1.
- Day will end when either one player has the majority of votes or if thread activity is too low.

Near 3:30 AM a high piercing scream is heard coming from John Cooper (SOTK)'s house. As the townies, arming themselves with whatever possible, rush to his house they find the door borken down and the house a mess. The house seems to be empty and as they go through John's personel stuff they find he is a sane pro-town cop. As the group make it into the kitchen they notice the oven on, when they open the door they find the charcoal shell of John Cooper. Writtin on the side of the oven wall in charcoal are the letters VS.
John Cooper (SOTK) is dead.
4 ALIVE 3 TO LYNCH.
Marcus has been replaced by Andalus.

DAY HAS ARRIVED
It was near 3 in the morning that the garden door of Jarod Fellman (Jubal), left unlocked, was noiselessly slid open. Jarod's heart skipped a beat, his ears had heard rustling in the room next to his. As he lifted his upper body from the mattress he was thrust down again by a muscular man and pinned by another, the cough of a silenced colt was the last sound he heard as the bullet made its way through his skull.
As the people of the town congregated in the morning, they noticed Jarod was missing, They quickly ran to his house, finding the front door locked they broke it down, as they explored the simple dwelling they found that Jarod was an innocent townsman, guilty only of a traffic ticket sitting on his coffee table. As the congregation moved into the bedroom they found Jarod lying in his bed with a red hole through the center of his forehead.
Jarod Fellman (Jubal) an innocent townie has been killed.

From the day post, it seems that Jubal was killed (obviously) and also investigated, as stormcloud says. This means that we are in pretty much the same position as a Day start, because that investigation is now pretty useless and so, unless there is more than one cop, we won't have any info about anyone. We are just stabbing in the dark, and need information from someone, whether in the form of an RC or not.

while I must state that CN2 is certainly acting suspicious and bending the rules a bit I don't think mafia would be so brazen without good cause.
Similarly I feel that random voting is not a way to go, it really needs thought out and discussed
However, if I vote I am still going to be in minority so I shall hold off for a little longer while i think it through

I dont "know" 3 townies but by common sense I have worked out 3, damn I wish I can tell you why but I cant just in case the mafia work something out from it that would make us lose the game.

Rigby Flanagan (CG) was quietly watering is lawn humming some traditional English jig when a dull roar caught his ear. As the sounds grew louder Rigby noticed a mob of mafia surging towards his house. The mob was getting closer, Rigby, panicking, ran to his house and picked up his hunting rifle, loaded it, then fired into the crowd. A man fell, clutching his leg. Then the mob was upon the small house. The small picket fence was carelessly knocked down and the flower garden trampled. Strong hands grasped Rigby and within minutes he was hanging from the old oak tree.
Rigby Flanagan (CG), a simple townie, has been lynched.
Deryck Brendon (CN2) cannot post tomorrow as he is recovering from a leg wound.

I feel I need to justify my actions here before a mistake is made
I'm not picking on CN2 because of his leg, it is just he was acting suspicious yesterday, jumping strait in with accusations, claiming he knew who was Mafia and then turning out to be wrong, furthermore then he wasn't killed in the night, he really should have been killed if he was a townie.
Allot of signs point to him, we don't have time to discuss if he is being picked on or not. The Mafia are deadly close to outnumbering townies and winning the game, and your worried about hurting a very suspicious characters feelings, voting CN2 is not something I am happy with and we have a definite problem if I'm wrong.
My actions are dictated by my analytical breakdown of the thread so far, rather than the unfortunate wound to the leg CN2 received.

ok lets go first I would like to put the FoS on SotK as a thought came to me when I was dying. SotK voted for CG without the slightest of objections and as he himself pointed out its an easy bandwagin to join. Also he seemed interested in how i know 3 townies maybe to see if I was a cop,surley the mafia would want to kill him off.

Point 1 against me: if you are a townie I think the Mafia would have killed you, so I think you are a Mafia, cause they cant knock each other off

Right I'm going to hope to god we have a doc and say that CN2 is a townie. I am a cop. I investigated Jubal on the first night and then CN2 last night after CG turned up town. This leaves Stormcloud, VS and Andalus. Either two or all of these must surely be mafia. If one of you is a doc, protect me tonight please.
I suggest we go for VS, as all he has done is bandwagon, and Storm doesn't exactly seem very scummy to me.

As accusations were thrown about each man was sure of another's guilt. No agreement could be reached however and as night came, the townsmen had to face the awful realization that the squabbling had prevented a lynch.
Deryck Brendon's (CN2) leg had healed sufficiently for him to post.

I would have done something like

As the group make it into the kitchen they found him dead at the table with his throat slit, next to him was a small plie of smouldering documents, while most of them where rendered illegible by the damage the townspeople managed to recover a partially burned photo showing (VS char name) and a second figure whose face was concealed
(sorry for nitpicking but I happen to be extraordinarily bored at the moment)
we also have the problem that if we vote for VS the other Mafia will just null the vote, we then can do nothing, then they gain advantage by killing tonight, and so they win, there is now no way the townies can win, the Mafia now have the town totally under their control
and note to CN2 and SotK sorry for doubting you, I guess we're all a little panicky

End of Day
The mob caught up with Vile Shrubo at the docks where he was seen engaged in discussion with a figure swathed in shadow. as the cries reached their ears the unknown man turned and fled while VS calmly into his pocket drawing a colt. The mob, oblivious to the dangerous weapon charged forward. A shot rang, CN2 stumbled and fell forward clutching between his legs. He promptly got up however, no blood had been spilt as the crowd rushed on VS's confidence seemed to ebb. Quickly he put the gun to his head and fired, the townies where sprayed with blood and gore however VS was quite dead. Upon searching him they found he was a Mafia Goon!1!1!!1!1!. After the event, CN2 removed his kevlar bulletproof cup - his wife had told him was a stupid purchase and that hes was a moron - he had been saving for such an ocasion. He could still see the metal of the bullet flattened against it.
VS has commited suicide instead of being lynched.
24 h to get night actions in.

Day has come
As the town gathred they noticed Andalus had not joined them. As they congregated around his house they noticed that door had been broken down, instantly they feared the worse. As they penetrated into the bedroom they found Andalus sprawled on his bed, interestingly there was no blood pooled around him. As they entered he opened his eyes and looked at them, he pulled the cover off himself which incidentaly had two holes where his chest had been, as he pulled the cover off they notced the bulletproof vest he was wearing, it had two flattened slugs in it. As long as they had known him they had thought him a bulky man with a weakened heart, however now they realized he wore a bulletproof jacket at all times and had lent the cup to CN2.
Andalus has survived a mafia hit.

I guess that it was a bit mean, trying to kill the only other person of questionable innocence, leaving CN2 in a sense of futile despair as night approaches
