Silver wolf if you want to gain muscle mass then that plan wont work too well, although its not a bad starting point. Usually you'd want to be lifting wieghts
Usually 50/25 or 60/15 as a spilt, in term of the numbers. I should get more aerobic exercise really, but that takes time (alas!).
I wish I could do 1 press up...... Literally.
I used to be extremely fit and healthy, but now I laze around and my natural fitness levels have fallen through the floor. And kept on going ever since.
I never count my reps, I just keep going until I've had enough then go a bit further. This way you naturally progress.
But how do you know if you're doing more than last week CG?
