I'm more of a Les Stroud than a Bear Grylls. Les never has to drink piss on his show because he is smart enough to find water. He's even said that drinking piss is silly. ;)
But if I absolutely had to, like arm stuck under a boulder type thing, then yep.

That guy scouted and conquered half of the world walking only on the tip his left index finger and the lower part of right nostril, keeping a steady supply of water in his hairy armpits and juggling fruit with his feet.
