This area stores bills passed by the citizens of Exilian which have an ongoing effect on the site as opposed to being a one-off command or order to the staff. These bills are generally there to outline correct procedures in elections, citizen admission, moderation, or staffing and are placed separately to general completed votes so that they can be read by all members of the site.
