Title: A new Triumph to be awarded

Due to recently reaching the 7000 post mark, comrade_general has now gained enough triumph points to earn his third Triumph.

Other reasons that he has gained the required 300 points are
 - Reaching 6000 posts
 - Mother of Dragons' citizenship
 - Uploading many paintings
 - Will's citizenship
 - The Khan's patricianship
 - Atlantis release
 - Diplomacy (during a linkswap with TWC)
 - WHTW final release
