Title: Rome Total War- unit pack overhaul

To be developed by great Lenin Cat and anyone who wants to help him.
This mod will aim to bring more diversity to factions that lack it in vanilla (like Dacia) , remove fantasy units, balance previous units and a total rework on the Ptolemaic Empire and mainly barbarian factions.

It's always fun to tweak up the game to your liking - a good starting point for many things to come. :)

So I will have a schedule to work on. I will take every faction one by one.
1. Ptolemaic Empire
2. Dacia and Thrace
3. Other barbarians
4. Easterners ,Carthage and Iberia
5. As I will ask ahowl11 permisssion for using his unified Rome mod first, I will have 2 faction slots left.
I want one to be Illirya and I will listen to your suggestions for another one.

Thanks Jubal ,if you find some spare time can you tell me how to make sprites. It will probably be my main problem.

Sprite generation is quite complicated, but here is a handy tool to use: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?57990-New-utility-Sprite-generator
Instructions are also there. I've only been able to generate them once and that was for TWOH.

The good news is that except on ancient rigs they're not thaaat necessary. WHTW, for example, basically has no sprites.  :P

Ok, here is the faction roster for Egypt.
Infantry
1-Militia Hoplites, Desert Infantry (greek guys+desert guys, I can't implement an AOR so you should RP unit recruitment if you want accuracy)
2-Levy Pikemen (just greek guys)
3-Phalanx Pikemen, Axemen (same as 1)
4-Royal Pikemen, Egyptian Legionaries (to have some infantry to compete with)

Cavalry
1-Light Lancers
2-Greek Cavalry
3-Scythed Chariots (I can't leave Egypt without chariots)

Support
1-Peltasts
2-Archers
3-Chosen Archers (nothing special here)


So.... suggestions?

Why can't you implement an AOR? I can write a quick guide if you need one.
