Title: Doctor Who Monsters

Okay, I've been implementing some, but I'm now not sure what to do with them :P

Ice Warriors -> Not yet implemented but will be just a merc unit I think.
Cybermen -> Could just claim they're being generic mercenary cyborgs since they don't look that much like Cybermen. Either that or they have to be an AOR unit where you dig out the cyberman tombs, but I feel like this should have some penalty not just "you freed the cybermen! yay cyber-buddies!"
Daleks - Possibly these have to be a faction? I just can't see Daleks working with anyone else. But I'm also not sure how they'd function as a faction either. Hm.

Is there perhaps a way to spawn a massive army of cybermen when you find the tomb? Perhaps similar to when the mongols arrive in medieval 2?

Still not sure what the downside would be of finding them...

I guess easy thing to do would be to start with a massive cyber-stack at a settlement, you then need to defeat them to be able to gain access to the cyberman-creation facilities there?

That could work, maybe upon finding the toom there is a large force there and after defeating that you could hire cybermen as mercenaries from that province only? Also what about an ood servant building?

Maybe not as a unit maybe as a building which gives an income bonus or something?
