No matter who gets elected as the next Academy Thing (whatever the official title is...!) - we want YOUR opinions on how to improve the Academy!
So we need to know a few things...
1. What course(s) would you ideally like to take?
2. How would you like to be assessed (if at all?)
3. What would you like Academy points/certificates to count towards?
Hope I'm not stepping on other candidates' toes by posting this, but I think whoever gets the position needs to know these things.

We have a thread somewhere I think with other people's lesson ideas on :) (Those that are still here)
I said I'd be willing to teach baking, crafty things, and singing technique (possibly - that one may be difficult to do over Exilian :P )
The problem I had is actually making tutorials into a course, but I'd be open to suggestions there :)

I'm still willing and ready to teach my C++ course.

I suggest we try and get a course list ready by say early to mid January, then circulate it on social media (and perhaps to schools, take the "free stretching stuff for G&T students" line) with the intention of starting teaching in early Feb?

Having mentioned a singing course, as it's my job currently, and I'm paid to do it, I probably shouldn't run a course for it on here. :( Sorry :(

I am up with that timeline Jubal.
Crafty courses would be much appreciated, along with a C++ course - I would take all these courses (if I didn't already program in C++!)

I approve of this. :)
Please nobody let me volunteer to run more than one course at absolute maximum - I think world building would be a good shout for that as I've started preparing a fair amount of material for it!

Not related to courses, but certainly part of the Academy... I think I could pick up the Roman Law project and make some progress. I can easily do the HTML clean-up; if someone can tell me where and how to load up the files, I can do that too.
