Anyone still find the time to play these? I decided to have a crack at runescape recently because nostalgia, and it was an awful idea, I forgot how mindlessly addictive I find these games.

Did some RS a few months ago, and did some Haven & Hearth more recently. They are very addictive - I'm still thinking that sometime I might go back to RS to try and complete Dragon Slayer, since I never managed that.

I had a big RS problem a couple of years back... I'd played it in my youth (I would've been... eight? Maybe nine?), and revisited it out of 'nostalgia' shortly after I finished my A-Levels. In my third year of Uni I had a nightmare about no longer being ranked for my Fletching skill, and realised it was probably time to kick the habit.
Now three years clean, by which I mean "I find other ways to waste my time on the Internet".

I prefer H&H to RS, I like things that are more freeform in general and where I don't need to grind so much to get skills up.
-
I've found myself recently watching one or two Runescape players and their videos of late.

Star Wars the Old Republic is my guilty MMORPG
Tempted by Runescape but last time I went on the lack of F2P stuff kinda ruined it

I still dip into that occasionally. Think I have 10 or so high level peeps now. And I have an instant max level boost which I haven't used yet.

I think I still have a good amount of Star Wars credits in TOR.

Played RS earlier last year for first time in years. I catched up on quests did some of the new skills, i find it addictive for first few weeks then once ive done a load of quests i generally stop xD. prob to return again in a few years. I think thats the most constructive way to play MMORPGs to just dip in and out as new content is relesed over the years. That's generally what i do.
Did the same with WoW when legion was released, played for a few months then cancelled my sub, will prob return when next big patch happens or something i see is interesting.
