Another case of "Hey, haven't done one of these posts in a while..." sort of deal, plus stuff has happened since the last post of this type. I also wanted to give an update on and confirm some event details.

Will be great to see you at ExiliCon again :) Sorry we still haven't got the bookings open yet, I'm just waiting for some feedback on tweaks to the system from the other organisers.

Victoria is looking at going again but we'll see.

Though have seen something about a geek meet/convention in Cambridge at some point over the summer.

Interesting. They're upgrading in one year from a suburban church hall to one of Cambridge's largest venues. Their website from last year seems not to have been renewed, and they haven't provided any follow-up on the evensi page since October last year.

Yes, they're definitely going for broke (and may end up there)... I may see if I can get in contact with them anyhow, it's generally good to communicate about these things I think. As Mark said, thanks for the link :)

No worries.

Bit on the fence about that event, nothing on their FB page since December and an expired website, it would be nice to attend a few smaller events to make up for having to miss out on the UK Games Expo this year.
