List of potential changes:

- port to Alexander - done
- add in the new models by nahun (if we find them)
- custom portraits for all the main characters - done
- make dragons stronger - done
- add Summer Islands on map - done
- add Summer Islands faction - done
- try to hide more of the old vanilla cultures
- add Boltons as a faction - done

Got the character portraits in plus Dany can walk around the map as a lady. xD

Plus here's an example of the alliances fix. Before the Tullys never had a chance at expansion as they were attacked on all sides.

Are the Lannisters still successful against the Tullys a decent percentage of the time?

I'll have to do more testing. I was just tinkering when I noticed that instance. The Lanns had got into it with the Tyrells which is why they were distracted when the Tullys showed up.

Changed me mind and done away with the forced alliances. It just gums up the works. We'll just let rtw do its thing.

So I've got the Boltons complete and added in some more characters and portraits around the world and eliminated some more old culture stuff. The Boltons are running bug-free but there's some random error caused by either the Arryns or Braavosi or even both that happens randomly in the first few years of play. I've already checked things out with the names, traits, general units, ports, children, and probably other things but I'm not sure what the cause is. I did fix the turn script that was causing characters to age too rapidly plus is I've got the Targs expanding a lot sooner by moving Yunkai south a couple dots. I didn't get any crashes the last couple runs so it's possible I may have fixed whatever was happening but I doubt it.

Anyway I need some playtesters to fire up the old Rome and see if we can't narrow down what's happening but more importantly see how the rest of the game performs. Pretty please. :)

:'(

I just tried to run another ai campaign but the Arryns crashed it before the first year ended. Godportugalingdamnit this is frustrating.

Opened the autosave and it made it through Arryns but sure enough crashed on Braavosi who are the next in turn. I have a hunch it somehow has something to do with the port at Braavos...

But now playing as the Braavosi it ctd's when I click the end turn button...

Got the Summer Isles on the map and the base faction is ready to start populating with new faction stuff.

I thought I'd narrowed down the Arryn crash to a rebelling city but that turned out not to be consistent either. :(

I did get an ai campaign to run for a good while, albeit with the occasional later campaign random crashes caused by random factions. I got as far as the Starks being wiped out by the Greyjoys and Boltons and then the Boltons wiped out by the Greyjoys. The Tullys held out in Riverrun for a good while with the Lannisters and Arryns taking turns besieging it and once it fell it must have gone back and forth between the Lannisters and Arryns a half dozen times. Stannis had taken King's Landing early on but the Tyrells took it soon after and held it. In the east Volantis took another city but then just stood around getting rich, Dany took Yunkai and had armies around Mereen but just stood around getting rich, Braavos took one of the islands but lost all its navy to pirates and must have been too bankrupt to build more ships to get elsewhere. It crashed just as the White Walkers had descended south of the wall and didn't create an autosave. >:(

Anyway here's a small funny on a Stannis campaign that I was playing before. Don't usually see rebels besieging your cities, and at first I was thinking of a rogue Jaime Lannister, but he and Tyrion have been out in the woods on an extended brotherly-bonding camping trip ever since I took the capital some years before. xD

Epic stretch goal - play as Targaryens and somehow get Tyrion to join your faction :P

Shouldn't be too difficult; just need a boat, a diplomat, and lots of money.

Played a successful Tully short campaign. Only one random crash midway but reloaded and it was fine. Gotta do something about that victory video...

I never even fixed the victory vids in WHTW, but yeah, that ought to be do-able...

I figured a video with the throne in it, same thing for all factions.
