Title: Model Request -- Spanish Scutarii With Shoulder Attachments
Post by: Hexadecimal on December 16, 2016, 03:27:57 PM
Hi, I have a special request to the RTR team. I notice in RTR 8 beta3, there is the UI card for the Spanish Scutarii with the shoulder attachments. I know it's basically the default Scutarii with the Poeni Infantry's shoulder attachments. I don't have 3dsmax to do this myself. I would really like to have this model so I can make a Loricati Scutarii. Does anyone have this model? Can you please share this? Many thanks.

You only need GIMP of Photoshop for this. What you do is take a roman unit with lorica segmentata and copy the torso/shoulder pads and paste it over your scutarii unit

Can anyone help me with this model. I need the current weapons' attachment set to be replace with those from the vanilla's Spartan hoplite. I don't have 3dsmax, if anyone would like to help, it will be much appreciated. I have the texture done.

Thanks Jubal, I haven't given up hope yet.

We're all clogged up with real life work and the mod, and currently we don't have a person that's experienced with 3D editing, so we can't help you at the moment, sorry. If a chance arises in the future, we'll try to assist you with the model. Hang tight :D

I got some help and the unit is now finished.

You can download it here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/bb9rn84civ0vqd4/Spartan_Hoplite_alternate_updated.zip

This is a cosmetic model swap for the Spartan Hoplite. The original model was from Dark Fenrir 11 years ago.
This revision could not be possible without the help of fellow modder Dagovax, I'd like to say thank you for
your generous help. The unit is now finish for all to enjoy, peace.
