Who doesn't like seeing new companions in taverns? Well I can't think of 20+ original ideas for companions on my own. So if you have an idea for one post it here and I will probably add it in.
Try and include a background story, maybe some stats or at least an outline of the stats and if possible a face-code would be good.
To get a face-code start up Warband on the splash screen and go configure --> advanced --> enable edit mode.
Start Warband and go to multiplayer and create a new character, when you gt to the face editing create the face you want of you companion and when your done press ctrl+e and the code will display up the top of the screen. Click on it to copy it to the clipboard and then just paste it in here along with your idea. Thanks in advance to any ideas

Sorry, I won't be able to help with this. I don't have Warband. I'll get it from my friend next time I see him. That might be in a few weeks if I'm lucky.

I believe it should be Mark you say "Good thinking" to, he came up with the idea afterall.
And btw you can still make a submission without warband. You don't need a facecode just think of a plausible character.
Do you think I should expand the background a bit more? It seems like I have a whole novel of it in my head. I should write some of it down to help people understand the world its in

And yes please, write your novel. :D  I want to read it. I have a bad habit of trying to read all I can about game-worlds.  And then when I can't find any, I make my own up.  :P  

So yeah, please write your backstory.

BTW Mark, I'm pretty sure its not possible to have it Lordly unless Joe actually makes an item with the name, "Lordly Whatever."  Prefixes are only available on equipment that the player owns or buys.  As far as I know, you can't have a companion start off with a prefixed item.  But I might be wrong seeing as the player can start with a prefixed item...

The only problem with the character is that he needs to cross oceans to get to New Elgante, and seeing as the last ship to arrive there was seven years ago, he would need to have been around for a while.
I am thinking he stowed away on a ship but if he did then he would have lost all his armour.
But other than that it is fine and I'll probably add him in
