I'm back, with a new project which we're going to call "Project X : getting back in shape"...
To put it briefly, you're now probably wondering what the hell is this sh*t?!!
Well it's a kind of preparation for the second
60 day challenge which is going to be
"The 100 Workout" on steroids.
That means 1 set per day for the first 20 days and 2 sets of these exercises per day later next 40 days.
Plus eating less sugar...
I'm starting next month. Until then I'm exercising on lighter schedule just to get back in shape...
