Grand Campaign question
« on: January 04, 2017, 07:43:56 AM »
Why no activity on this board? I just found this site. Am I correct that until RTR 8 is out of beta, what I need is "RTR VII Released! 1.Sep.11" and "RTR VII Patch 3 Released! 24.Dec.12". That gives me everything?

Thanks.

Hi Tormund1!
You're currently visiting the RTRVII subforum, RTR8 is situated on the main page of the RTR subforum, and here are the release threads:
RTR8 beta v3.0
RTR8 beta v3.1

Have fun!

You completely ignored my question and gave me info I was not looking for. Great. RTR8 is beta.

Ah, sorry I got your post wrong. To clarify, RTRVII is totally different to RTR8. The mods belong to the same family but they are essentially their own gigs with their own approaches to realism.
So installing RTRVII won't give you everything, because every RTR mod (be it 6, VII, 8 or the ones before 6 as well as their respective submods) speaks for itself and has its own approach and style.
I suggest trying them all out.
Cheers!
