The Caucasian Prosopography Project, or CPP, is a prosopography database with accompanying analytical tools. The aim of this project is twofold: firstly, it aims to provide an english-language prosopographical resource for the (often under-studied) Caucasus region for the period 1100-1250. Secondly, it aims to push the limits of the analytical toolkits that can be attached to such databases and experiment with new ways of capturing and presenting prosopographical data for research purposes.
