Those are Phrygian mercenaries, and I'm afraid I know little else of them besides the name :/
But yeah, them and the unit in the top right, the Agrianian skirmishers, are my favorite from the ones represented here.

Well, all hail Google, I now know that Phrygia is actually modern-day central Turkey. I was expecting it to be more eastwards, don't know why. It sounds.... more-eastern-ish haha
