Exercise

Encourage one another to do some exercise during these fat winter months.

I went on a night jog a bit ago.

Think I bled from the lungs again. :(

Winter? Are you daft?

Well that doesn't sound good.
I shouldn't really be training much for a little while, I'm slightly injured.
Don't exercise people, it hurts.

I've been thinking about starting too.

I've gained some fat, lost some muscle. Relationships do that to you eventually. ;D
I'd like to get back in shape.

I'll start today.

What are you going to do Wolf?

I yogged just 1 mile to get started, but I'm still sore as hell today. I'll try to keep doing that for a while and include some planking and/or push-ups.

Planking, push-ups, crunches and some cycling on my indoor bike (only today, I'm going back to uni tomorrow).

Yes. ;D
I've always done that.

Crunches work better for certain parts of rectus abdominis and oblique muscles, especially if you perform them with sideways rotation (with right elbow touching your left knee, and the other way around).
I'm a little rusty lately, I hope that you understand what I meant to say...

Rectus meaning straight and abdominis meaning abdominal.
Musculus rectus abdominis meaning Straight abdominal muscle, commonly referred to as 6 pack...

There we go. :D

So CG, what's all this 'yogging' about then? I'm intrigued.

It's some new fad. Apparently you just run, for an extended period of time. It's wild.

OMG! I've gotta try it. I thought it might be jogging with or in yoghurt, but this is so much better! :D
