Hello! I bring to you the first version of my mod that will enhance the vanilla experience!
My goals for this mod are:
 1) Keep vanilla look and feel intact
 2) Keep Vanilla factions, but enhance them and fix historical inaccuracies
 3) Make a better, well rounded game
 4) Add immersion without killing original feel.

 To Install:
One thing that I need to be clear on, is this mod runs on the Alexander.exe not the regular Rome Total War exe. Please make sure you use an Alexander Install.
If you have the last version of the mod, simply extract into the same location and overwrite your files. Make sure to delete the map.rwm file in HRTW/data/world/maps/base folder.
If this is your first crack at my mod then follow these instructions:
To Install, simply extract HRTW into your Rome Total War Directory,  or if you use steam, your Rome Total War Alexander Directory. when making  a shortcut, use the Alexander.exe or in steam go to Launch options and  include this: -show_err -mod:HRTW

Features listed in the forum or the latest article, once approved!

Total War Mods - The Engineer's Shed / Re: Vanilla Extended mini project
« on: August 03, 2018, 06:48:46 AM »
Wow, reminds me of an old mod I worked on on TWC called Historical Rome Total War Vanilla 1.5.. that was 7 years ago! Keep up the good work :)

33
I can't get it up, and the one who knows how isn't around.. Mod is halted until it gets back up. Feel free to upload it to the dev forum in TWC or here so we can take a look.

Okay I am trying to reboot the server but to no avail. Here are the instructions I was given, but it's not working for me. Anyone who has more experience can give it a shot:

Fixing The SSL Cert Error (Due to Lets Encrypt Expiry) & Upgrade Gitlab

Download Putty
Connect to gitlab.rtrproject.com

User: rtrproject
Pass: jyLidgCPpU1a6eLsW14p7qWiqpRJUL

Once logged in type: “sudo letsencrypt certonly -a webroot --webroot-path=/var/www/letsencrypt -d gitlab.rtrproject.com -d www.gitlab.rtrproject.com

Choose option to renew
Run “sudo gitlab-ctl restart”
Run “sudo apt-get update && apt-get upgrade”
Select “y”
Profit! Log back in next month

This forum is pretty secure.. If you have Git installed etc, just go to Projects/rtrproject and create a new folder called 'Muizers Map' and then commit/push.

37
Please upload, and we can possibly take over from there, and when you want feel free to check in at TWC, we will have a map thread made there. Thanks for all of your help Muizer!
