They look good. I had to test them twice cause I exagerated the saturation (neon hell yeah!).
You can not haz cheezeburger until all cats can haz cheezeburger.

On the lower unit I might slide the texture a bit more towards the brown/yellow, it's slightly closer to the green end than I think works really well. For the upper unit, have you considered using over-arm spear anims?

Both look good though, a nice start!  :)

I love the vanilla phalanx, never gonna change it :P.
