Parkour and Free Running, discuss, share, whatever.
To clarify the difference:
Parkour is getting from point A - B, overcoming obstacles and getting there in the fastest time possible.
Free Running is similar but adding a personal "flair", with tricks and unnecessary stuff that looks cool.

I personally don't do parkour but my mates do and they used to run a channel called team trace, link is here: https://www.youtube.com/user/TeamTrace/featured now they run a new channel called district parkour but I don't think they're that active anymore. Here are their two best videos:

(edit by Armadillo: Be warned if your parents / little sibling / grandmas are around and you have speakers, song for first video is filled with strong language)

.
As a sport I think it's one of the most exciting as evidenced by some amazing youtube videos but I've never been the best at vaults and flips because I'm a lanky sod. :P

He is Jubal the modder, Jubal the wayfarer, Jubal the admin. And he has come to me now, at the turning of the tide.

Thanks Armadillo for that edit, I hadn't really considered that.
