Any thoughts?

I'm quietly content with the pick from what I've seen so far - of course a great deal will depend on the scriptwriting as always. IMO they shouldn't overplay the gender change (indeed ideally they shouldn't "play" it at all, as far as the Doctor is concerned she'll just still be the Doctor), and she'll need good plots like any doctor, but broadly speaking I think she seems like a solid choice.
