TWC Finally Doing 2013 Modding Awards

Right, we should make sure we at least get all of ours entered, though there aren't many categories which will make it VERY tough.

As far as I can tell, we can validly nominate:
- WHTW: A Call To Arms
- Atlantis
- A Game of Colleges

I'd quite like WHTW to win, since this is its last ever chance really, but I have no idea if we can manage that since it's now got to compete against all the historical mods. :/
