How do I open files Cas with 3dmax or milkshape?
Let me know!
Thank you!

You need 3ds Max (you can't use milkshape, blender or anything else as far as I know) with the .CAS import/export script found
http://medieval2.heavengames.com/downloads/showfile.php?fileid=28
Hope that helps

Each unit has only one file cas?
The textures you insert them automatically?

Most units have one CAS file. Some have several at different resolutions (hence there being _low, _medium, and _high versions of some files). Generally change those by editing the high version first then simplifying it down and re-saving the others.
I don't know how texturing works really; I don't do model editing myself. This tutorial might help (and others on this part of the Total War Center forums, they generally have the largest tutorial base).

Hello Jabul!
Can you tell me who created the models of the units?
Who created the units of the faction "Tomb Kings"?

A guy whose username was "Bwian". I don't think he's around much nowadays.

Ok!
I wanted to change any of the units of the "Tomb Kings".
Making small changes (add weapons to create new units).
Create a light infantry with only the sword (without knife).
The Tomb Guard with halberd.
Change weapon to the Bone Giant.
The Skeleton Horsemen with spear / shield or sword / shield (in the mod is only arc).
The Skeleton Chariots with javelins.
Etc. ..

Feel free to have a go; generally as long as you publicly credit the original model-maker and say exactly what you've changed about their work it's fine.

If I create new units (with minor modifications), which file I need to send?

Depends if you've edited the texture or not. If you edit the texture, that and the .CAS file, if you haven't, just the .CAS file.
I'd recommend trying to get them to work in your copy of Warhammer Total War first, and then posting the files up.
