Ambiguous Game...

I just stumbled upon a very interesting game. Its a life lesson of such and is very well made IMO.

But there is one thing that bugs me, I just cannot figure out what she is a metaphor for. I think she is Heroin, and Ill explain why after everyone else has posted their thoughts

Yeah, its given from the start being that she was stuck on his left arm. Most common injection arm ^^

They should make people in rehab play this game.
