I had two of what they call Cattleman's steaks last night. I dunno if you guys know em by the same name.
Anyway, big, juicy and on the bone. Bloody thick too. Medium rare of course, cooked on a charcoal grill with a special seasoning of my own devising.
When i'm good, I'm good.
